We intervene in the sale of an old stone vineyard with land in size of 1 ha and 48 m2, in an accessible location.
The basement floor is walled with stone, and has only one room, which was a wine cellar. The ground floor is part of a stone-walled, the rest of the brick walls combined with a wood supporting frame. On the ground floor there are separate rooms, originally intended for processing grapes and boiling musts, while the second part was intended for occasional stays.
The facility can be connected to the public water network and optics.
The facility would need to be rebuilt, but a replacement can be built in the same gabarites.
