As a reputable buyer, we also regularly purchase real estate from municipalities and hereditoned communities. We rely on our accumulated experience and work with the same regional craftsmen and partners whenever possible. One of our strengths is certainly the renovation of existing buildings as well as the development of new buildings, be it single/double family houses or larger investment properties.
