Renée H. Kraft

Since obtaining her license in 1992 while finishing college at the University of Hawai'i at Manoa Renee started in property management with the top Honolulu real estate firm Conley Dew Realtors. She was mentored by Hawai'i's very best in the industry a gift laying the foundation for a strong work ethic and tenacity to strive for excellence in her field. She is degreed in Economics and Psychology giving her strength in understanding the local and global marketplace and having an innate personable quality connecting to those she builds lasting quality relationships. Born and raised in Hawaii, Renee relocated to the Big Island from Oahu in 2003. Having island hopped in her childhood days with her family to Kona every summer she realized the Big Island had planted a seed early in her youth and Kona called her home. Big Island Brokerage firms Livingston Realty, Coldwell Banker Maryl Realty, and Sothebys International Realty previous firms where she worked providing tremendous experience on so many levels in knowledge and experience in the industry. Renee is dedicated to the West Coast of the Big Island real estate community in resort, golf, residential, condo and vacant land purchases. She represents both Sellers and Buyers who value excellence, knowledge and personalized results. Renee resides in Kailua-Kona. She is a member of Rotary International, Kona-Kohala Chamber of Commerce, National Associations of Realtors, Hawaii Association of Realtors, West Hawaii Association of Realtors, and Co-Chair of the Kailua-Kona Community Parade Association. Designations earned Graduate Realtors Institute (GRI), Accredited Buyers Representative (ABR), Resort and Second Property Specialist (RSPS), Sellers Representation Specialist (SRS).
